Sectoral Stakeholder Terms and Conditions

Individuals and legal entities who adopt the objectives and scope of activities of TMD, and whose field of activity is directly or indirectly related to the GEOTECHNICAL sector (including manufacturers of machinery, equipment and materials for the geotechnical sector, as well as service providers), and who are technically, administratively, economically and professionally recognized and proven at national and international levels within their respective fields, may apply to the Association to become a sectoral stakeholder.

Applicants whose applications are approved by a decision of the Board of Directors shall be designated as Sectoral Stakeholders.

Sectoral stakeholders shall benefit from the services provided by TMD to its members and from the rights specified herein. However, in accordance with the provisions of the Articles of Association, sectoral stakeholders do not have the right to vote or to be elected at the TMD General Assembly.

The sectoral stakeholder status is valid for a period of one (1) year. The status may be renewed upon a written application submitted at least one (1) month prior to the expiry date, subject to approval by the Board of Directors.
